Need to refill your pet’s prescription? Simply complete the form below and our team will prepare your repeat medication within 24 hours. We’ll contact you by SMS once your pet’s medication is ready for collection.

Please note: If Vet HQ has not dispensed the requested medication before, a vet will need to physically examine the pet before we are able to dispense the medication.

In line with Australian Veterinary Association Requirements, for repeat medication we are required to examine the pet every 6 months.
